1. About the website

This website describes our services and how to contact us. Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, booking a conversation, or speaking with our phone assistant does not create a consulting engagement. Services are provided under a signed engagement agreement, which governs the work.

2. General information and examples

Website content is general information and is not tailored to your circumstances. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Seek advice appropriate to your situation before relying on it for a specific decision.

Examples labeled "illustrative" or "fictional," including Brightfield Home & Garden Supply, demonstrate an approach using example information. They are not representations of an actual client engagement, achieved client results, or guaranteed outcomes. Estimates are identified as such.

3. Information you send

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form, email, or phone before we agree on an appropriate way to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Project-specific confidentiality and data-handling requirements are addressed in engagement agreements and any applicable confidentiality agreement.

4. AI phone assistant

Our business line is answered by Haven, an AI assistant. She can answer general questions and assist with scheduling, but cannot enter into an agreement, commit GranVision to work, or agree to fees or engagement terms. Any engagement requires a signed agreement.

5. Website content

Website text, graphics, logos, and other content belong to GranVision or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to its pages for your business purposes. Except as permitted by law or the applicable rights holder, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the content or use GranVision's name or logo without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to break the law, submit fraudulent information, interfere with operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or collect personal information without authorization. Automated use must respect applicable law and any published access restrictions.

7. Third-party services

The website links to or uses third-party services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their content, availability, or practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will be complete or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GranVision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content. This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or alter obligations under a signed engagement agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these website terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Shelby County, Tennessee. Engagement agreements may contain separate dispute provisions for client services.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will be posted here.
