Talk it through.
We start with a 30-minute conversation about the decisions you're facing, what you already know, and what you need from the work. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you.

Agree on the work.
You'll receive a written proposal that sets out the deliverables, timeline, and fixed fee. We begin once you've approved it.

Understand what's there.
We speak with the people who know the work and review the data and systems your team uses. If records are missing or inconsistent, we'll show you where the gaps are and agree on how to handle them.

Work together as we go.
We build the analysis, reporting, or solution and check in with you at agreed points. You'll see what we're finding and have a chance to raise concerns. If the scope needs to change, we'll discuss the effect on the fee and timeline before moving ahead.

Review and hand off.
We review the work with you against the goals agreed at the start. Your team gets the documentation and walkthrough needed to use it, understand how it works, and maintain it.
