Shannon Proctor
Founder and Managing Principal
Shannon brings more than 20 years of experience leading data, business intelligence, analytics, and product delivery on a global scale. Her background spans supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, finance, and workforce planning. That experience allows her to connect business understanding with product management and technical delivery.
Throughout her career, Shannon has led teams and business users through significant change. Her approach rests on one core belief: change should happen for people, not to them, because data and analytics only create value when the people who rely on them understand and trust them. She involves those people from the start and makes sure they're confident before anything is handed off.
Shannon holds a BBA in Business Information & Technology from the University of Memphis and is a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner.
